Lucinda Sadrian is the Managing Principal of Capital Navigation Strategies. Her firm raises private capital and structures tailored financing solutions for companies in the Private Sector operating in emerging markets and the Public Sector. 

 

Lucinda has raised capital and invested in over 40 countries.  She is an alumna of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) at the World Bank Group. 

 

She has raised capital and invested at the IFC, Fortress Investment Group (a global investment manager with over US $40 billion AUM), Lucent Technologies, and Trammo (a US $12 billion logistics & commodities trading firm). 

 

Lucinda tailors financing solutions for clients across a variety of industries and in complex legal jurisdictions. She excels at designing bespoke financing strategies to unleash growth and attract capital -- while mitigating risk.

 

Lucinda’s expertise is mobilizing capital from institutional investors globally and building long term relationships with deep sources of funding. Her experience spans working with Fortune 100 companies and SMEs across the capital structure.

 

She brings significant skills in international vendor financing and debt restructuring. She was a leader in the re-design of the vendor financing program at Lucent Technologies where it financed customer loans ranging from US $5 million to US $1 billion. The re-design encompassed strategies to drive cash collections and mitigate risk on Lucent’s balance sheet.

 

Lucinda served on Boards of Directors in the USA and Europe and advised Boards in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, England, France, Hong Kong, Peru, Singapore, Turkey, and USA. She served on Creditor Committees in the Australia, England, and USA.

 

She is a FINRA registered representative, holding series 63, 79 and 82 registrations for Investment Banking and Private Securities Offerings.

 

She earned a MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research and minor in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Business Administration, Finance from Duquesne University.
